Tim McConnell

Dr. Tim McConnell is currently the Associate Superintendent of Human Resources for Park City School District. Tim is a graduate of the University of Utah College of Education having received his degree in Education Leadership and Policy in 2007. During his career he taught in Davis County School District, worked at the Utah State Office of Education as a teacher-training and then became the Director of Utah’s Project for Inclusion providing professional development support on integrating students with disabilities into general education classrooms and environments. In October of 2000, Dr. McConnell was hired as the first administrator for Park City School District’s alternative high school program and has been over HR services for the district since 2004. He is currently the President of the Utah Public Education Human Resources Association (UPEHRA).

Tim was raised in a military family and completed grades K–12 in Texas, Montana, California, Nebraska, Alabama and Oregon.  He has degrees from Creighton University and the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Tim and his wife Bambi live in Sandy, Utah and have two children.
