Peggy Paterson

I have been an educator for the past 30 years working as a classroom teacher, reading specialist, administrator in the elementary school setting, and as the literacy and English language development supervisor for the Salt Lake City School District. I am a native Salt Laker and received my education in the Salt Lake City Public School System.  I attended the University of Utah, Brigham Young University, Utah State University, and Westminster College, earning a degree in Special Education, a Masters in Education, a level I and II reading endorsement, an English as a Second Language endorsement, and a certificate in Supervision and Administration. I have also taught reading courses at the University of Utah and Utah State University as an adjunct instructor. I am an advocate for education at all levels and will strive to provide educational opportunities for all.
