Convocation Details
RSVP & Ticket Information 2025
- The Convocation Committee will email your U-mail to confirm your attendance.
- Each graduate who completes the request form by April 7, 2025 is guaranteed two guest tickets.
- The amount of graduates that choose to walk will determine if you can get more than two tickets.
- You will receive information about the distribution of additional tickets before the day of the event.
Ticket Pick-up Information
- Physical tickets will be available for pick-up in late April in the College of Education - keep an eye for communications via your U-mail.
- Only the listed graduate will be able to pick up their guest tickets.
- Photo ID will be required at the time of pickup.
- St. George distance students will get special arrangements for ticket pick-up.

Cap & Gown Information from the Campus Store
- Only graduates may walk across the stage during the ceremony; children, infants, and guests are not permitted to walk on stage with graduates.
- The David Gardner Hall auditorium, located directly west of Kingsbury Hall, will serve as seating overflow for guests without a ticket and feature a live stream of Convocation.
- Accessibility requests are available through the ticket request form.
- ASL Interpreters and Closed Captioning will be available at Convocation. Please make additional requests through the form.
