Implementation

Looking forward, we are excited to move into the implementation phase of this planning process. A critical part of this effort will include the development of an overall implementation plan with specific baselines and growth targets for all metrics to better monitor our progress. In addition, each department and unit will be tasked with developing their own strategic and operational plans to employ the tactics and ideas laid out in this plan.
