Matt Fields, U of U Reading Clinic, develops 2 educational apps

Matt Fields, our IT Manager, has worked with U of U IT and Apple to develop 2 unique educational apps that are now available on-line and via our website (www.uurc.org). The “U” Flash Assessment allows educators to reliably and validly measure automatic and untimed word recognition ability—helpful for finding a student’s word study level . The “U” Tracing Board  is a great way for beginning writers to practice letter formation. Both apps are free!
