Wesley Wilson receives Mabel Lee Award
Dr. Wesley Wilson, who is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Special Education has received the prestigious Mabel Lee Award for early career researchers from PE's largest professional organization (SHAPE America). Dr. Wilson was recognized for demonstrating “outstanding potential in scholarship, teaching, and/or professional leadership. Award winners are characterized by (a) exemplary teaching abilities; (b) significant publications; (c) citations, awards, or other recognition for outstanding teaching, coaching, administration, or performing; or (d) active leadership roles in SHAPE America.”
