Judith CrockerJudith Crocker is Director of Manufacturing Education Affairs at the Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network (MAGNET): http://www.magnetwork.org/. MAGNET's mission is to help manufacturing and technology-based companies and entrepreneurs excel and grow through understanding, adopting, and implementing innovative methods and technologies. She leads MAGNET's efforts to work with regional educational institutions to help them identify and address the education and training needs of manufacturers.

Before joining MAGNET, Crocker served as Director of Corporate and Community Outreach Services, Executive Director of Workforce Development at Lorain County Community College. She has also worked with the Cleveland City Schools as the Director of Adult and Continuing Education managing programs that included adult high school and workforce education programs. Prior to moving to Ohio, Crocker worked as a teacher, counselor, and administrator in Salt Lake City and Murray School Districts in Utah.

Crocker holds a Bachelors degree in Education from the University of Toledo; Masters of Education and Doctor of Education degrees from the University of Utah. She is a member of numerous professional organizations including the American Association for Adult and Continuing Education and the Association for Career and Technical Education and serves on local and regional foundation boards.
